This pigeon brooch measures 6.5 cm in length and lovingly assembled with clever layering to give a 3 dimensional effect. There is a hand mixed black and white marble used in the wing plummage so each one will vary slightly making them more unique. There is some hand inked detail and Swarovski pearl eye.

An iconic upland species,native to the Scottish highlands, the mountain hare is famed for its camouflage. In summer, their coat is a grey-brown colour with a tinge of blue, making them hard to spot against the typical backdrop of heather moorland.
